Conferences and seminars
The Faculty of Economic Sciences, University of Warsaw, is the organiser of numerous prestigious conferences, seminars, and workshops. Some of the Faculty’s events are held regularly, in partnership with national and international institutions.
We sincerely encourage collaboration in the events organised by the Faculty’s researchers, who specialise in broadly understood economic sciences, encompassing both classical and modern aspects of economics and finance.
Upcoming events
The professor will deliver a lecture entitled „Safety Last? Political Supervision of Bureaucratic Performance and Worker Safety in French Mines during the Industrial Revolution".
The lecture will be delivered by Prof. Robert Ślepaczuk, Dr Macin Chlebus and PhD candidate Michał Woźniak. The event will take place on October 20th, at 18:30.
We cordially invite you to attend a seminar entitled: “Are you going to drive it? The role of financial, physical and personal risk perceptions in Autonomous Vehicle choice”. The lecture will be delivered by Prof. Yaniv Hanoch.
Professor Kolak from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign will deliver a lecture titled “When Neighborhoods Change: A Spatiotemporal Analysis of the Social Determinants of Health in the Continental U.S. from 2014-2023”.
