Currently, there are two types of procedures that lead to the awarding of the academic degree of Doctor:
the so-called “old proceedings” – those open until 30 April 2019, which must be completed by 31 December 2023, and are conducted by the Faculty of Economic Sciences,
the so-called “new proceedings” – those undertaken at the earliest on 1 October 2019, by doctoral candidates in full-time, third-cycle studies or doctoral students/candidates from the doctoral schools, conducted by the Scientific Councils of the Disciplines.
