Legalization of stay
The applications for temporary residence permits in Poland should now be submitted through the online system – MOS 2.0.
Before submitting your application, please make sure to create an account in the system and carefully complete all required fields.
While filling in the application form, please use the following e-mail address as your contact address with our Faculty:
Please note that this is the only e-mail address that should be provided in the application form. Applications containing a different contact e-mail address will not be processed.

Please make sure that:
- all personal data entered in the application is correct and consistent with your passport,
- all required documents are attached,
- your passport remains valid for the entire application period,
- you regularly check both your e-mail inbox and your MOS 2.0 account for updates or requests from the Office.
We also recommend submitting your application well before the expiration date of your current visa or residence permit.
Please remember that submitting a complete application on time allows you to stay legally in Poland while your case is being processed.
