Submitting Requests / Applications in the USOS System

Students may submit applications and requests to the Vice-Dean for Student Affairs in two forms:

  1. in a printed version - application templates are available in the Student -> Student Handbook -> Application templates menu
  2. via the USOSweb system - applications are available in the section STUDENT'S SECTION → APPLICATIONS. The Dean's decision is entered into the USOS system and will be visible to the student the following day. 

All applications/requests are processed within 30 days (and in complex cases requiring further investigation, within 60 days).
