From the 2024/2025 academic year, students pursuing second-cycle (Master's) studies will have the opportunity to participate in the Data Science and Economics program.

The program will be offered by the Faculty of Economic Sciences (University of Warsaw) in collaboration with the Department of Economics, Management, and Quantitative Methods (Università degli Studi di Milano, Italy) and will culminate in the awarding of two Master's diplomas—one from each institution.

The program will focus on developing skills in data processing and analysis—from initial data examination, through visualization and statistical-econometric analysis, to building and validating various predictive models, as well as reporting and presenting analysis results. During the program, students will gain fundamental theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary for building advanced analytical and forecasting models.

The Data Science and Economics program will prepare students for modern analytical work, using real-world economic problems as examples. The studies will combine theoretical foundations in economics with practical data analysis skills, enabling graduates to work in various sectors such as finance, marketing, consulting, and technology development.
