How to apply?

IN ORDER TO APPLY FOR THE TRIP WITHIN THE ERASMUS+ PROGRAM YOU SHOULD

1. become familiar with the offers of the partner universities;
2. submit the application form in USOS Web (section for students - applications - faculty selection - create application) within the deadline: 17-23.02.2025r.

AND

3. submit the completed and signed  form PDF (or form in excel) to Ms Sylwia Kulczyńska within the deadline (by e-mail, in person in hard copy during office hours in room G or at the Faculty gatehouse, sealed in an envelope): 17-23.02.2025r.
Both (the application in USOS and the form) must contain the same information. The university rank must remain the same in the application as in the form!
Please enter your cover letter and resume in the application in English and Polish, or only in English (in this case, put any mark, such as “x”, in the field without content - in the Polish-language version).

GPA must be from USOS. Contact with student office to get correct GPA.
For BA studies - GPA from the 1st year.
For MA studies - GPA from the 3rd year. If the GPA is from the other foreign (not Polish) university, please send it to PhD Grzegorz Kula. He will transfer it to Polish scale.

You can chose at least one partner university. Limit is up to ten.

If you had any retakes, select "yes. I have ..." and write from which courses (with code).
If you already have been to ERASMUS+ exchange, select "yes, I have..." and write when and for how long.

Recruitment will be open to active second-year BA, first-year MA students and all PhD students. Authorised applicants will be emailed with information on the deadline to start submitting applications.

TUITION FEE WAIVER DURING THE MOBILITY: in some special cases students can apply for tuition fee waiver. Please use forms from our website. You will get more information about tuition fee waiver in Student Dean's Office
