How to apply?

TO APPLY FOR THE ERASMUS+ PROGRAM, YOU MUST:

1. Familiarize yourself with the offer of available universities >HERE< and the recruitment rules. We encourage you to watch the recording of the information meeting.

 2. Fill out the form correctly and submit it to Ms. Sylwia Kulczyńska.

 Please do not change the formatting of the cells in the form.
 Please use only black font color.
 The form can be delivered in person to room G during office hours, left at the reception desk in a sealed envelope addressed to room G, or sent by email - one option to choose from. If sending by email, it must be from a student email address.

 How to fill it out?
 Below is an example/template. Please follow it. Please do not fill out the form by hand, only electronically. 

How to earn points?
- For language level:  1: A1    5: A2     10: B1     15: B2    20: C1    25: C2
- For grade point average: 1pt.: 3.49-3.73    5pt.: 3.74-3.98    10pt.: 3.99-4.23    15pt.: 4.24-4.48    20pt.: 4.49-4.73   25pt.: 4.74-5.00
 The average must be according to the Polish scale and must be converted from USOS. In the case of first-year master's students who did not study for a bachelor's degree at our Faculty, the average must be confirmed by the dean's office of the university where the studies took place. 
- for additional achievements: 5 points: participation in student scientific societies at the University of Warsaw (signed in no later than January 10, 2025); 10 points: minimum one scientific publication (accepted for publication).

3. Additionally, you must complete the form in USOS Web, in open recruitment. 


For the application to be valid, you must submit the form and complete the form in USOS Web (both must be consistent with each other).

Recruitment will be open from February 10 to February 16, 2026.
There is no order of applications, so by the end of February 16, 2026, each candidate must have submitted everything correctly, which means that both applications can be submitted at separate times, but between February 10 and 16, 2026. Incomplete and/or late applications will not be accepted!
