Protection of personal data
Personal data protection at the University is overseen by the DEPARTMENT FOR THE ORGANISATION OF INFORMATION RESOURCES (DOZI) at the University
COMPULSORY TRAINING ON PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
- Every employee is required to undergo data protection training - Employee training is available here
- Employees/students/doctoral candidates can enrol themselves in training
- An active CAS account is required to enrol; the DPO (data protection officer) does not enrol new users individually
INFORMATION OBLIGATION
- Every employee should read the General Information regarding the processing of personal data
- When making changes to the general information for the purpose of documentation (e.g., contracts), each staff member should ask the Data Protection Officer to verify their correctness
