Personal data protection at the University is overseen by the DEPARTMENT FOR THE ORGANISATION OF INFORMATION RESOURCES (DOZI) at the University
COMPULSORY TRAINING ON PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

  • Every employee is required to undergo data protection training - Employee training is available here
  • Employees/students/doctoral candidates can enrol themselves in training
  • An active CAS account is required to enrol; the DPO (data protection officer) does not enrol new users individually

INFORMATION OBLIGATION

  • Every employee should read the General Information regarding the processing of personal data
  • When making changes to the general information for the purpose of documentation (e.g., contracts), each staff member should ask the Data Protection Officer to verify their correctness
