Short Research Description

Business Process Management (BPM) is a comprehensive, strategic approach to managing an organization and simultaneously a tool for improving operational efficiency. BPM encompasses a set of methods, techniques, and tools for identifying, documenting, analyzing, improving, executing, and monitoring business processes. Processes are at the core of BPM and play a crucial role in the efficient, effective, and agile operation of organizations. Information technologies are an integral part of modern business process management, enabling modeling, analysis, simulations, and automation of processes, as well as flexible adaptation of processes to changing market conditions and business needs. The rapid development of technological innovations and their implementation in organizations clearly define new BPM tasks related to adapting organizations to digital transformations and innovations.
