B003Short Research Description
My research interests focus on two areas. The first is the theme of inequality and regional and local development, particularly the measurement of real economic convergence at the regional and local levels in Poland and other EU countries. The second area of my scholarly interest is quantitative finance, especially modeling financial markets in the context of constructing and testing algorithmic investment strategies. Both areas of interest are united by the use of advanced quantitative tools - machine learning, deep learning, explainable artificial intelligence, and natural language analysis.JEL Codes
