Faculty strategy for 2023-2032

The Strategy consists of six parts. The first defines the strategic foundations, i.e. the mission, vision and values of the Faculty. The second, third and fourth sections outline the goals and strategic activities in the three areas considered to be the main fields of activity of the University and the Faculty. That is: research, teaching activities and cooperation with the environment. The fifth section addresses the issue of supporting the professional development of the Faculty's employees and friendly working conditions, which are key to achieving the goals in the three previously mentioned areas.

On behalf of Dean Gabriela Grotkowska, we would like to thank all those actively involved in the work on the Strategy, first and foremost, the members of the Strategy Working Team, composed of: prof Mikołaj Czajkowski, prof. Urszula Sztandar-Sztanderska, Dominika Gadowska-dos Santos, Ph.D., prof. Beata Łopaciuk-Gonczaryk, prof. Katarzyna Kopczewska, prof. Krzysztof Szczygielski, prof.
