Open Access Publishing in 2025 and Access to Scopus AI
We kindly share updated information regarding Open Access publishing programs under national license agreements, available to authors affiliated with the University of Warsaw:
- Springer – the program was launched on 28 April 2025 with a pool of 1378 articles for the year. Only articles accepted for publication after this date are eligible. Articles accepted earlier are not covered by the program.
- Elsevier – the program is scheduled to launch on 6 May 2025. It will include articles accepted after the new agreement is signed, regardless of their submission date. Retroactive inclusion will not be possible.
- Taylor & Francis – the program was resumed with a pool of 137 articles for the year. The pool is expected to be exhausted quickly. Articles accepted before the relaunch are not eligible.
- Oxford University Press – program relaunch is anticipated on 10 May 2025.
- Cambridge University Press – a tender procedure is currently in progress regarding a new subscription and Open Access publishing agreement.

This tool supports the research process using data from Elsevier’s Scopus database. Scopus AI can assist in preparing literature reviews, identifying key publications and authors, and recognizing current research trends.
