Short Research Description
My research focuses on poverty and economic inequalities (income, wealth, and others). I am interested in the causes of inequalities, their effects, and their precise measurement. I also deal with subjective well-being, particularly the relationship between objective well-being (income, wealth, economic inequalities) and happiness and life satisfaction. Additionally, I am interested in issues of political economy and public policy analysis, especially the economic and political consequences of tax reforms and transfers.
