My research focuses on advanced data analysis techniques and their applications in digital economics, conversational artificial intelligence, and natural language processing (NLP). I develop algorithms for chatbots and voicebots, enabling the creation of next-generation communication systems. Additionally, I examine the impact of technology on the development of the information society and internet user decisions.
