Processing of Payments Through USOSweb
The processing of payments made by students of the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the University of Warsaw is carried out by the USOS system and the USOSweb service.
"PAYMENTS" TAB
In the USOS system, in the "payments" tab, each student can:
- view the list of payments receivable,
- view the list of outstanding payments (Common Section -> Payments FK -> Uncleared
- debts)
- find bank transfer details along with an individual bank account number,
- and find print-ready bank transfer forms.
CONTACT CONCERNING PAYMENTS
In the event of discrepancies in uncleared debts, please contact:
- Finance Section regarding the inflow of money to the account;
- Students Office regarding the calculation of payments (conditional entries, renewals, repeating a subject, and the stage of studies, etc.).
