Electronic system for submitting and accepting holiday requests
In relation to the introduction of an electronic system for the submission and acceptance of holiday requests, we would like to inform you that:
- each employee has an e-mail account in the uw.edu.pl domain (an account is created for each employee when they start working at the University of Warsaw);
- each employee has a SAP user (login to SAP), with which he/she logs in to https://fiori.sap.uw.edu.pl/ (electronic leave applications);
- an employee will find his/her login to SAP, as well as recover his/her forgotten password to SAP or e-mail at https://mojekonto.uw.edu.pl (logging into mojekonto.uw.edu.pl using CAS, a CAS account is created automatically when starting work at the University of Warsaw);
- each employee should immediately verify that he/she has access to an e-mail account in the uw.edu.pl domain, knows the SAP login and has the passwords to access them;
- the employee is able to log in to https://fiori.sap.uw.edu.pl/ from home by activating a VPN on the computer (details on activating a VPN are available at: https://it.uw.edu.pl/pl/uslugi/UslugiInternetVPN/).
