I conduct research related to poverty and economic inequalities (income, wealth, and others). I am interested in the causes of inequalities, their effects, and their precise measurement. I also focus on subjective well-being, especially the relationship between objective well-being (income, wealth, economic inequalities) and happiness and life satisfaction. Additionally, I am engaged in issues of political economy and public policy analysis, particularly the economic and political impacts of tax reforms and transfer policies.
