My research focuses on the finances and organization of local governments. It covers various areas of local government activities such as education, culture, municipal services, investments. Fiscal policies of local governments, including tax policy, debt, and spending decisions. Task execution using off-budget organizational forms (public-private partnerships, municipal companies). Government-local government relations analysis of grants and subsidies, their shape and impact on local government policies, inequalities between local governments analysis of the impact of legal regulations on organizational and financial decisions of local governments.
