LABFAM Seminar Series
10 December 2020
We would like to invite you to a weekly 'LABFAM Seminar Series' that will take place every Tuesday (13:00 - 14:00), starting on the 10th of November.
LABFAM is an Interdisciplinary Centre for Labour Market and Family Dynamics established at the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the University of Warsaw. It aims to investigate the effects of the dynamic labour market changes on families: their formation and dissolution, well-being of their family members (men and women) and the division of paid and unpaid work between partners.
External scholars invited to present during the seminar series conduct research in the areas of labour markets, family and fertility, well-being, social inequalities and policies. The seminar program (still unfinished, but we are working on filling in the empty slots) is available below.
The seminars last an hour, with 40 min reserved for a presentation and 20 min for a discussion. The seminars are open to all students and professionals from the Faculty of the Economic Sciences at UW and other researchers interested in the topics covered by LABFAM. Please note, the seminars are run in English.
