Call for Papers - Central European Economic Journal

We kindly invite you to take part in the special section of Central European Economic Journal: Managerial accounting: state-of-the-art and research perspectives in Central and Eastern European countries.

The aim of the special section of the CEEJ is to consider how managerial accounting methods and tools originating from developed countries work in the specific cultural and behavioural environment of post-communist Central and Eastern European countries.

The deadline for submitting papers is 29th February 2020.

Each article should be prepared in accordance with the guidance given in the “Instructions for Authors” section of our website: Articles for publication should be submitted via the manuscript submission system, available at

The Central European Economic Journal (CEEJ) is a leading economic journal in the region of Central Europe, which has been published since 2001. The CEEJ publishes papers that are devoted to general economics, including macroeconomics, open macroeconomics, microeconomics, quantitative methods and econometrics, finance and the methodology of economics. The aim of the CEEJ is to publish high-quality papers relating to important issues of economic theory and practice.

The Central European Economic Journal is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal. All articles undergo a double-blind peer-review process. The CEEJ does not charge for the publishing process nor for approval of text for publication. An electronic version of all papers is available (eISSN 2543-6821) at both the CEEJ website and on the Sciendo (De Gruyter) open platform.
