List of candidates in the 2nd round of admissions

Accepted candidates are kindly requested to deliver required documents on 20th, 21st or 24th July (in case of candidates who do not reside in Poland the deadline may be extended till 11th August).
The list of required documents for BA programme:
- 3 application forms from IRK system with original signature (page with personal data, request for students ID and confirmation that you have read the agreement) - the file should be generated in the IRK system: My account>"Print application form";
- confirmation of payment for students ID (http://rekrutacja.uw.edu.pl/index.php/elektroniczna-legitymacja-studencka-els/)
- photocopy of your matura (or high school graduation certificate with Apostille/legalization and translation into English in case of non-PL candidates) and the hard copy so that we can certify the photocopy
- paper ID photo
- filled out and signed agreement (available at the Faculty while submitting the documents)
- photocopy of ID and a hard copy so that we can certify the photocopy (or passport in case of non-PL candidates)
- confirmation that the high school graduation certificate allows to undertake further studies (signed by the Ministry or school – refers only to non-PL candidates)
- a health certificate stating that there are no contraindications to start studies (refers only to non-EU candidates)
