Junior Payments Representative

Work place: Warszawa 


The Client Operations Business Support team is part of TTS Client Operations and offers support and solutions to customers that are sending manual and electronic payments. The team primarily communication with Clients via outgoing calls/emails to ensure soonest processing of all payments received.  All staff are highly trained, highly motivated and customer/business focused.  Our aim is to ensure that everything we produce adds value to both our internal and external clients.


  • Take ownership of final resolution of customer and branch enquiries
  • Perform Call-back for Clients’ instructions ensuring the highest accuracy and effectiveness
  • Build very effective business relationships with collaborating Parties
  • Support and strengthen customer needs in an effectively and handle exceptional requests when required
  • Participate in projects and system changes
  • Identify and report potential issues, error root-cause results, suggest solution

  • Ability to liaise with demanding clients
  • Ability to work independently within a team environment
  • Ability to prioritize and work to very tight deadlines and working in a structured high volume environment
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast changing environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Very well organization skills, ability of problem solving
  • Fluent spoken & written English skills and fluent one of following languages: French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch - any combinations of listed languages would be advantageous
