Junior Investigation Specialist

Person on this position will handle / verify client investigations. Service specific customer enquiries accurately and in a timely manner in line with departmental standards.


  • Investigate and resolve all enquiries received from customers/third party banks in a timely and professional manner
  • Support and strengthen customer needs in an effectively and handle exceptional requests when required
  • Participate in projects and system changes
  • Identify and report potential issues, error root-cause results, suggest solution
  • Build very effective business relationships with collaborating Parties


  • Fluent spoken and written English skills and fluent one of following languages: French or German
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to the delivery of quality customer service
  • Ability to liaise with demanding clients
  • Computer literate and good typing skills
  • Investigative and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Organization skills, ability of problem solving
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast changing environment. To prioritize and work with tight deadlines
