(Junior) Investigation Specialist with Italian or Dutch


Person on this position will handle / verify client investigations. Service specific customer enquiries accurately and in a timely manner in line with departmental standards.


  • Investigate and resolve all enquiries received from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Support and strengthen customer needs in an effectively and handle exceptional requests when required
  • Participate in projects and system changes.
  • Drive initiatives to increase security and efficiency of the process
  • Create and update of procedure
  • Identify and report potential issues, error root-cause results, suggest and implement resolutions
  • Build very effective business relationships with collaborating Parties


  • University degree (Economy, Finance, Banking  will be an advantage)
  • Professional experience in the area of finance/banking will be an asset
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Fluent  Italian or Dutch
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to the delivery of quality customer service
  • Ability to liaise with demanding clients
  • Strong investigative and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Computer literate and good typing skills
  • Perfect organization skills, ability of problem solving, good at decision making, manage multitasking
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast changing environment. To prioritize and work with tight deadlines
