The Role

We aim to be a world-leading finance organisation; striving for effective deployment and optimal returns on capital, delivering an effective control and planning framework, and driving our levered equity strategy. We believe we offer the best and most exciting finance career in the world. Lasting for three years, the programme will see you being supported through a fully-funded professional qualification (CIMA) and undertaking 6 or 12-month placements in a range of departments.

These could include:

·        Accounting & Reporting

·        Risk & Compliance

·        Investor Relations

·        Treasury & Corporate Finance

·        Procurement

·        Business Control

·        Capital Allocation and Financial Planning

·        Strategy, M&A and Content Investments

·        Real Estate

·        Business Intelligence

·        Tax

·        Shared Service Centre (Leeds)

You’ll also take part in tailored training programmes covering leadership development as well as functional and technical expertise.

Skills & Experience

·        Qualified with, or on course for, at least a 2:1 or equivalent

·        Passionate about pursuing a career in Finance

·        Someone who enjoys being challenged

·        A natural leader, a big thinker – you can collaborate, analyse problems and come up with great ideas

·        Driven, with the confidence and resilience to get things done

·        Fluent in English with global mobility

·        Eligible to work in the UK and EU
