Dr. Tamas Vonyo is a researcher at Bocconi University, one of the most important research institutions in the field of economics in Italy. He is a historian and economist who received PhD at the University of Oxford. His research focuses primarily on quantitative analysis of the recent economic history of Central and Eastern Europe. He published, among others, in the "European Review of Economic History" and "Journal of European Economic History".
