Investigation Specialist (5 vacancies)

Job Summary:

Handle / verify client investigations. Service specific customer enquiries accurately and in a timely manner in line with departmental standards

Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve all enquiries received from customers/third party banks in a timely and professional manner
  • Support and strengthen customer needs in an effectively and handle exceptional requests when required
  • Participate in projects and system changes. Drive initiatives to increase security and efficiency of the process
  • Creation and update of procedures
  • Execute trainings for new comers and across department
  • Review team capacity plan
  • Identify and report potential issues, error root-cause results, suggest and implement resolutions
  • Build very effective business relationships with collaborating Parties

Requirements:

  • University degree (Economy, Finance, Banking)
  • Professional experience in the area of finance/banking will be an advantage
  • Fluent spoken and written English skills and fluent one of following languages: French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese - any combinations of listed languages would be an advantage
  • Strong investigative and analytical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast changing environment. To prioritize and work with tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to the delivery of quality customer service
  • Ability to liaise with demanding clients
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Organization skills, ability of problem solving
